Richard is a financial adviser and heads up the Newcastle-under-Lyme office. Prior to joining NGEN, he set up UK Financial Services, a financial advisory firm in Newcastle-under-Lyme and merged with NGEN in 2019.

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and has been providing independent financial advice throughout the West Midlands area. He has worked in several areas within financial services, ranging from banking to compliance, all at senior levels.
